OMG! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND. I had "La Española" (Starred on Menu) and the cashier had my attention with the ingredients. If you're looking for non-corporate coffee and a REAL cup of coffee, this is it. I had a 16oz coffee, beautifully strong and balanced with sweetness. I'm from Los Banos, but next time I'm in Hollister, I will have to buy a coffee bean bag to go. I can't wait to try their meals. Ambiance is gorgeous, great for meeting up or for a semi romantic scene. Thank you Cafe con Leche made my morning!

I sure do hope this cute spot downtown lasts a long time, as unfortunately Calavera coffee shut down (another town favorite) not that long ago. They have a pretty extensive food menu for a coffee shop, and all delicious. Lots of options for coffee and non coffee options such as matcha drinks and even red bull energy drink blends. Love how they started with a little coffee cart a couple years back and hope they continue to do well, as this is a nice and better alternative to the Starbucks locations in town.

Excellent food and service! Loved the plantains and the Dark Mocha. The proprietor was helpful in picking a dish and sharing about his cuisine.
The Plato mixto was delicious! A perfect combination of sweet and savory. Their espresso is also smooth; I tried the caramel macchiato There is enough space for you to come work or study here! The vibe and playlist is calm. If you're a matcha lover you should get a coffee instead:/ I tried the iced matcha and it had a bland taste. I don't think a wooden whisk is used here which is unfortunate because it aerates the matcha.
Cafe con Leche was parked near my workplace one day, so I decided to give them a "shot!" (Sorry, couldn't help myself with the espresso pun). I ordered an iced S'mores latte, and it was delicious! The best part was the ACTUAL TOASTED MARSHMALLOW adorning the top :D The barista was friendly and made my drink in a snap! The Cafe Con Leche cart is quite inviting, with succulents framing the window where you order. Looking forward to trying their other flavored lattes and holiday specials. Cheers!
